What to Expect:
We'll tour the farm, meet the horses, and lend a hand in the Soul Food garden — plus whatever else the Ranch needs that day. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up and serve.

Claudia uses evidence-based and biblical principles to guide individuals and communities into understanding what it means and feels like to live as their highest and healthiest selves.
Focusing on the basic principals to create and sustain a holistic therapeutic approach to all things Mental Health and Wellness.
The higher journey represents the high mountain tops, the low valleys, and the unpredictable waves in life. It is a personal commitment to always choose the "high" road in life.
